AIESEC is committed to developing leadership through cross cultural exchanges. We believe that the practical experience of immersing youth in a foreign culture, combined with conscious leadership development spaces, can develop them into conscious leaders who inspire positive change for the rest of their lives. 

 

In the last 5 years alone, AIESEC has delivered more than 100,000 exchange experience. We hope is to provide more and better leadership experiences the upcoming years, one of which is your upcoming experience.

Our Story

AIESEC was founded in 1948 following the end of WWII when there was a need to protect peace and enable greater cultural understanding. 

 

Since then, it has focused more on leadership development as a means to improving the world.
